Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act
The Fighting Against Forced Labour and Child Labour in Supply Chains Act (“Supply Chain Act”) was enacted by the Government of Canada on January 1, 2024. This Supply Chain Act imposes an obligation on government institutions and private-sector entities to report on the measures taken to prevent and reduce the risk of forced labour and child labour.
